Positive: LOCATION
Negative: IT IS REALLY ONLY SUITABLE TO TWO COUPLES NOT 4 INDIVIDUAL AS THERE IS ONLY DOUBLE BEDS. SUPPOSED PULLOUT BED NOT REALLY GOOD. BATHROOMS A BIT SQUIZY.

Positive: Location right near Circular Key, Harbour Bridge visible from the lounge window, with many attractions walkable. Very modern and well renovated apartment.
